Grub and Pongo, the first two great apes rescued by the Center, have birthdays only one day apart. Just like all the apes at the Center, Grub & Pongo each had a birthday celebration and have birthday wishlists too. Both Pongo and Grub need to raise $20,000.00 each for the cost of their care for the next year. Please help support Grub, Pongo, or both by making a donation, creating your own fundraising page, or joining a fundraising team!
From these sites, you can register for either Grub's or Pongo's fundraiser, start or join a team, set a goal, and begin raising money in support of Grub or Pongo! You can also donate directly to either Grub's or Pongo's fundraiser or search for other participants and donate toward their goals.
This is a great way for our out-of-state members to help volunteer and support our cause. Also an excellent volunteer opportunity for student groups and schools- have different teams and make it competitive!
